Position: Site Director
We have a growing program in Clayton/Fayette/Coweta and Henry County with an office to be opened soon to accommodate growth; this team currently services more than 140 clients and has more than 20 providers. The Site Director Position is an incentive based position with a competitive pay per performance structure; the role is primarily a management position with the requirement to carry a small case load.
The basic qualification of this job includes:

State of Georgia (associate or fully) licensed professional counselor, marriage and family therapist or licensed social worker with 3-5 years of experience working with children, adolescents and adults diagnosed with serious mental illness and/or emotional disturbances as well as substance abuse issues.

2-3 years of demonstrable management and leadership experience is required including the ability to use data to make decisions, solid clinical skills and well developed interpersonal skills.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Management role as a Site Director include:

Case management of all clients on the teams caseload and assuring services are provided consistent with medical necessity

Conduct bi-monthly team meetings

Attend monthly team lead/Site Director meetings

Provide consultation to other therapists and paraprofessional staff

Monitor and timely address poor performance issues

Participate in organization quality measurement process

Tracking the submission of the progress reports monthly to the referral sources when necessary.
Once Per Week
-
Collecting/Reviewing Weekly Schedules and submitting them to CD
-
Updating the Case Load Tracker each week, being sure to track authorization end dates, and the depletion of CSI units (then assigning those cases to the Authorization Specialist to complete the OTR packages).

Making sure each client is assigned a Team Member

Entering Scheduled Appointments into the TL Daily Report at the beginning of the week

Probing Team Members who have excessive missed appointments or no shows to determine appropriate skill level and client load
Essential Knowledge and Abilities
-
Considerable knowledge of mental health disorders and treatment methods.

Considerable knowledge of case management principles and methods.

Considerable knowledge of the principles, practices, methods, and techniques used in the treatment of mental health disorders.

Working knowledge of and ability to use company’s computerized program software, internet access, and database, spreadsheet and word processing programs.

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, their families, service providers, colleagues, and the general public.

Ability to respond appropriately to mental health emergency situations and procedures.

Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.

Ability to manage team consisting of clinicians and paraprofessionals.
