IOP Services

The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides treatment for those transitioning from inpatient or partial hospitalization or individuals needing a less acute and structured level of care. Client's in this level of care are often able to attend treatment with limited disruption in their work, school and family life. The time commitment for this program is nine hours a week and is offered three days a week. The main objective of our program is to free individuals from the bondage of drug abuse and alcoholism. This program will help individuals to discover alternative ways to live without the use of drugs and/or alcohol. Every individual has a unique history to the disease of addiction. Hence, the drug treatment and education provided in our IOP program must be tailor-made to suit each individual case. Depending upon an client's case, we will recommend the services that need to be included in the treatment programs specifically designed for each individual.

 

Outpatient addiction recovery programs are a suitable option for the treatment of the disease at its early to mid-stage. ProActive Institute provides, coordinates, and manages your health care needs. ProActive Institute will collaborate with your healthcare provider, such as your family physician or another mental health provider.
