Elizabeth Lopez Green, MSW:
Clinician
As a Clinical Social Worker, parent and former military wife, Elizabeth came from a conservative Mexican immigrant family. Growing up in California, upon learning English and as an avid reader of Self-Help books, she found her passion in helping others heal emotionally when at the age of 14 she began to work with the elderly. Understanding that every person needs at least one person to believe in them, she then went on to graduate from Santa Clara University and became an advocate for adolescents in social services. Since then she has worked with troubled teens and adults in a variety of settings to include: the courts, hospital and medical clinics, in foster care and as a community clinician. After earning a Masters Degree in Social Work (MSW) from the University of Southern California, through the use of Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), she began to transform lives in the area of higher consciousness. Elizabeth is currently using her bilingual skills to work with Hispanic families in need of counseling, therapy and community resource linkages. Elizabeth serves on the Board of Directors for the Cecil Pruett YMCA in Canton and reaches out to inspire a healthy way of life for families.
