ProActive Institute is a subsidiary of ProActive Management Consulting (PMC), LLC. a private, community behavioral healthcare provider, treating people with behavioral health and addictive disorders. Since our inception in 2005, we have treated more than 5000 individual clients and families; we are a human service agency without walls and provide our services in the client's own environment, including the home, school, neighborhood or work place. The ProActive Institute and its Intensive Outpatient Program is an extension of PMC'S tradition of outcome-based delivery of services and our commitment to quality of care for all clients.
At our clinic, located in the Vinings area, clients and their families will find cost-effective, quality treatment, grounded in evidence-based approaches and compassion of our highly skilled clinical staff.
Our Intensive Outpatient Program serves youth, young adults, and adults who seek intervention for Substance Use Disorder and Dual Diagnosis issues. Our program is designed to help clients acquire the skills for lifelong recovery which will be characterized by a fruitful and productive life.

No one starts drinking or/and use drugs to become dependent on it; a considerable body of research suggests substance use and abuse that usually starts during the adolescent and young adult years disrupts normal developmental patterns, including cognitive, social, spiritual, emotional and psychological. When a person can no longer live with these disruption and consequences, it’s time to call The Proactive Institute.
